Please note that the following conditions apply for use of the Brisbane Entertainment Centre's Online Induction System (InductNow) which is operated by ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd T/AS Brisbane Entertainment Centre. These terms & conditions will apply to any use of this system - any business accounts created, use by contractors, sub contractors, production personnel, event personnel or staff using this system.
Online Induction General Online Induction System Use

By completing any online induction, you agree that you have registered and completed under your own name without assistance. If you are a contractor or visitor to site, you agree that ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd accepts no liability for misuse or any inductions which have been falsely completed on your behalf or that you have completed on behalf of others.
- All information displayed on any Induction System pages or provided during the course of any engagement or onsite work (including but not limited to site documentation, training plans, induction material, operating procedures or intellectual property), is strictly provided as commercial in confidence and is copyright ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd and ASM Global Pty Ltd.
- Reproduction or distribution of any of the materials contained in any induction is not permissible without the written consent of the management of ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd or ASM Global Pty Ltd.
- ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd reserves the right to turn away any contractors arriving to site who have not yet completed these requirements and will not be responsible for any call out or fees involved.
- ASM Global (Brisbane) Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke access to site at any time should online induction requirements or contractor qualification requirements (including insurance and certification) not be met. Site access will also be revoked should site policies contained in any inductions not be adhered to.
- These terms & conditions should be read in conjunction with the Brisbane Entertainment Centre's privacy policy, available at www.brisent.com.au.
